Our 7 year old son, Jonah. A small guy, a huge blessing. He never ceases to amaze us with his adoreable-ness, knowledge, humor, and compassion. He is the neighborhood snack giver, is quick to defend a friend, and gives the best hugs. He loves 1st grade. He loves popsicles, broccoli, fish, and East Coast Custard. He likes Wii, 3DS, and riding his bike. Jonah's favorite toys are cars, Legos, Rokenbok, Angry Birds, Pokemon, and all things Mario. He gets excited over the small things in life, plays hard, and requires very little sleep.
I'm a 34 year old mommy to one crazy/funny/loveable/sometimes exasperating but always adorable little 7 year old man. I have been married for almost 10 years to the salesman extraordinnaire, Karl. We live an average life in a little town near Cleveland, Ohio. I like to take photos and edit them, and I'm hoping to go back to school soon.
That would be Karl, aka Daddy or Daddy-O. He's a great guy, who works hard to take care of his family. He's a major sports fanatic, lover of Browns football, and player of softball. He loves coffee. He has a heart for people, loves to teach teens (that's where that youth ministry degree comes in handy), and is also great with the little kids we teach.
I asked Jonah to tell me about his dad, and this is what he said:
"Daddy is big and he is nice and he wears hats a lot". "Daddy is funny and goofy".
